AFRY Empowerment Program

At AFRY we want to empower you as consultant and give you support and guidance to reach your dream assignment.

AFRY Empowerment is an internal program aiming to help consultants to be their very best and prepare them for their dream assignment. Inclusion of people and cultures are in the core of the program. AFRY Empowerment boosts the onboarding of new consultants and facilitates matching the right consultant with the right assignment as well as shortens transition time to new assignments.

I learn from every individual, every meeting and especially coaching sessions. By keeping an open mind when meeting a colleague the inclusion of people and cultures will grow and flourish at AFRY.
