AFRY Future Stars programme Sweden
Future Stars is AFRY's programme for students. As a Future Star, we will provide you with experiences, knowledge, and a network that prepares you for your future career.
What does the programme look like?
As a Future Star, you get the opportunity to start your journey with us during your time as a student. Each Future Star is from start matched with and selected by a relevant manager, which makes the development opportunities at AFRY many after participating in the programme. As a Future Star, you are part of a mentorship program, participate in training days and write your master thesis project together with us. The exact tasks and content of the programme can be defined for each Star based on their individual situation, skills, and interests. Part-time and summer job is not included in the program, but it can be if both the Star and the manager want it to.
Mentorship
Your AFRY mentor will be within your field and will support you in planning your career path and building a network at AFRY. The mentor supports your professional development and shares experiences and knowledge.
Training days
During the four training days, you will develop important skills and find your professional potential.
- Business at AFRY + Working in consulting
- Recognize your potential + Career planning
- Rhetoric and presentation techniques
- Sustainability + Brave leadership, together with Future Star participants in Finland
Master thesis
At the end of the programme, you write your master thesis project together with us.
