Convertible Debenture Programme 2016

On 27 April 2016, the Annual General Meeting of ÅF AB (publ) adopted a resolution, in accordance with a proposal by the Board of Directors, to arrange a convertible debenture loan through the issue of convertible bonds intended for key employees of the ÅF Group.
