AFRY invites you to an exclusive, invitation-only executive forum bringing together senior leaders across the European mining sector. This inaugural conference is designed for high-level exchange on strategic, technical, and sustainability challenges.

Fee: The conference fee, €50, will be invoiced after the event.

Accommodation

A block of rooms has been reserved at Holiday Club Katinkulta. Please note that everyone is expected to book their own accommodation at the hotel through the website of the hotel, see link below.

Using the campaign code AFRY26, the special rates are €101 for a single room and €119 for a double room for the period 26–28 August 2026. The rate includes breakfast and access to the spa. The offer is valid until 13 August 2026.

We strongly encourage all participants to book their accommodation well in advance to ensure availability. Individual reservations made under the special rate can be cancelled by 18:00 on the day of arrival.

He plays a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships & supporting clients in achieving their business & sustainability goals.

Antti Koulumies

Antti Koulumies, CEO, Terrafame

Antti and his team are focused on guiding the company through a pivotal phase of transformation and growth. Their mission is to strengthen Terrafame’s role as a key European player in the critical minerals value chain.

Antti has a background at McKinsey & Company, Outotec and UPM, with a degree in industrial management from Aalto University in Helsinki. He has extensive experience in steering companies and business units with full profit and loss responsibility. Antti's background also spans strategy development and execution, group-level management accounting, growth initiatives, large-scale cost optimization programs, and M&A transactions.
