HYDRO 2022 in Strasbourg: International Hydro Conference and Exhibition

Flexibility, efficiency, environmental and social sustainability are approaches required to increase hydropower production. The increasing need for clean energy through the greater use of hydropower is a socio-political necessity today.

Through an extensive programme of review and consultation addressing the whole hydropower sector and stakeholders, the HYDROPOWER EUROPE Forum will provide a focal point for future trends, such as the regional disparities in development and the growth of pumped storage. Global needs will be discussed and a special focus will be set on Africa and Latin America.

Hydropower generates sustainability

In panel discussions, workshops and product presentations, the benefits of hydropower and synergy with other renewable energy sources with focus on Clean Energy will be discussed and the role of hydropower in the energy transition presented.
