What do you do as a consultant at AFRY and how long have you been in this field?
I am an Analyst in AFRY Management Consulting, with a focus on energy market modelling. I graduated with a MEng degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. With an interest in energy and resource economics, I worked in the area of water resources planning before joining AFRY Management Consulting at the Oxford office.
Tell us how something about your typical working day
There isn’t a formal routine for my working day, as the projects vary widely. The well-balanced mix of work is definitely one of the most enjoyable aspects of this role. Since joining, I have been involved in tasks ranging from coding in numerical models to supporting market design workshops with clients.
What do you like about being a consultant at AFRY?
Here, you work with friendly colleagues with top expertise in the different parts of the energy system, who are truly curious about the future of energy. It has been a real pleasure to tap from their deep knowledge and develop a more complete understanding of this dynamic sector.
