AFRY changes its legal structure in Sweden
As part of AFRY’s ongoing work to develop and simplify the Group’s structure, AFRY Digital Solutions AB in Sweden (Reg. No. 556866-4444) will be merged into AFRY Sweden AB (Reg. No. 556224-8012), effective October 1, 2026.
The purpose of the merger is to create a more efficient and clear organizational structure, strengthening our ability to deliver value in a cohesive and customer‑close way.
The merger will be carried out in accordance with a merger plan established under the Swedish Companies Act. In connection with the registration, AFRY Sweden AB will assume all assets, rights, and obligations of AFRY Digital Solutions AB. This means that existing agreements, commitments, and business relationships will continue unchanged within AFRY Sweden AB, which from this date will become the legal contracting party.
As a result of the merger, AFRY Digital Solutions AB will be dissolved and will cease to exist as a legal entity.
For customers and partners, this will only mean an administrative change. The operational business, deliveries, and AFRY’s commitments will not be affected.

The merger is planned to be registered around October 1, 2026. From this date, AFRY Sweden AB will be the legal contracting party.

To ensure correct handling and avoid delays in invoicing and payments, it is important that these updates are made on time – not earlier than October 1, 2026.
