Young professionals rank AFRY as #1 in Universum’s 2025 survey
We are proud to share that AFRY has been ranked as the #1 most attractive employer by young professional engineers in Sweden with a bachelor’s degree, according to Universum's employer branding survey 2025. This clearly reflects our continuous efforts to offer an attractive work environment that appeals to this target group.
This year, AFRY claims the number 1 (previously 3) among BSc-level engineers and number 11 (previously 10) among MSc-level engineers in the Young Professionals* category.
