AFRY - One of Swedens most attractive employers

AFRY continues to climb in rank and popularity amongst engineering students.

Every year, students vote for their ideal employers in the country's largest, most comprehensive, and independent career-related study – the Universum Talent Survey. This year Universum surveyed 25 737 students in Sweden and asked them to provide insight on company characteristics they find most attractive in a potential employer as well as who they perceive to be their ideal employer.

Amongst MSc Engineering students AFRY continues to climb, by 4 steps, and is ranked #16 in the 2022 Sweden's Most Attractive Employers ranking. As such AFRY passed companies like McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group. Google, Volvo Cars, and Polestar are in the top 3 in 2022.

According to the study, students value future earnings, secure employment, great leaders, and employers who have true respect for their people. Alike, a friendly, dynamic work environment, a variety of assignments, and an inspiring purpose are highly valued.

"Young people want to make a difference and they tend to choose inclusive employers with great leaders and a strong purpose. At AFRY we welcome talents in engineering, design, and advisory services to join us in accelerating the transition towards a sustainable society" said Aishat Bislieva, Head of HR Sweden.
