AFRY one of Sweden's most attractive employers among young engineers

Companies with clear sustainability and social focus continue to attract young engineers who want to be involved and influence the future.

Universum's latest survey, in which graduates can rank the most attractive employers in Sweden, shows that AFRY has strong attractiveness among young professional civil engineers. In this year's survey, which includes 185 employers, AFRY lands in sixth place among young working BSc. engineers and in eighth place among young working MSc. Engineers.

What young engineers have in common is that they seek out and appreciate employers who have leaders who support their development, encourage work-life balance, show respect for co-workers and offer a creative and dynamic work environment.

- We are very proud that we rank highly as an employer and that many engineers want to contribute to accelerating the transition in society together with us and our customers. We offer interesting assignments and work very actively with inclusion and diversity, which is important for the engineers who apply to us, says Sara Klingenborg, EVP and Head of HR at AFRY.
