Assessing reform options for the EU ETS

Pöyry Management Consulting's assessment of a potential reform to the EU ETS - the allowance supply adjustment mechanism (ASAM) - has been published by Fortum.

The ASAM is one of the alternative solutions proposed for structural reform of the EU ETS. It is designed to introduce short term flexibility in the supply of allowances, while leaving the overall long term market drivers in place.
