Merger between AFRY Digital Solutions AB and AFRY Sweden AB now completed
A stronger foundation for future growth
As of 1 October 2026, the operations of AFRY Digital Solutions AB are conducted within AFRY Sweden AB. The merger is part of AFRY’s efforts to simplify its legal entity structure in Sweden.
The merger between AFRY Digital Solutions AB and AFRY Sweden AB has now been completed and registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. As of 1 October 2026, AFRY Sweden AB has assumed all rights and obligations previously held by AFRY Digital Solutions AB.
By bringing our operations together in AFRY Sweden AB, we are creating a stronger and more unified organisation. The new structure simplifies the way we work, strengthens our financial capacity, and makes it easier for customers, suppliers and partners to do business with us.

What does this mean for our customers and business partners?
For most customers, suppliers and business partners, the merger will not affect day-to-day collaboration. However, some organisations may need to update their records with AFRY's new company details, for example in supplier databases, purchase order (PO) processes, or invoicing systems.

Regarding invoicing
- Address all invoices to AFRY Sweden AB.
