Today is the first day of Inclusion & Diversity Week
We believe that diversity is a strength
We embrace our differences and strive for a variety of perspectives in everything we do. And we know that an inclusive workplace, where everyone is allowed to be their true self, is a more dynamic, more creative workplace – where people feel better, and where great ideas come to life.
Once a year we pay extra attention to this important issue through our Inclusion & Diversity Week, which this year takes place between 6–10 March.
This is the sixth time we are organising the event, and we hope to inspire you to learn more about the topic and always aspire to become even more inclusive towards each other.
