ÅF acquires architectural firm Koncept Stockholm

Koncept Stockholm is a fast-growing business with a strong brand. The company is a market leader within the premium segment consisting of commercial customers within hospitality, retail and office property. The Mood shopping mall, Haymarket by Scandic and the head offices of Klarna are among its many successful reference projects. Currently, the company has a turnover of 85 MSEK and some 70 Stockholm-based employees.

A year ago, architectural firms sandellsandberg in Sweden and tegn_3 in Norway became part of ÅF. The acquisition of Koncept Stockholm strengthens the ÅF competence within housing and complements its current design offer, which includes architecture, industrial design, lighting and landscape architecture. With the acquisition, the total workforce will amount to some 350 employees in this segment.
