ÅF and AMEC, the international engineering and project management
company, have entered into an agreement to jointly pursue forest
industry opportunities in South America.

The agreement combines the global engineering consulting capabilities
of ÅF with AMEC's international engineering and project management
capabilities. Working together from various centers of excellence,
the companies will collaborate to provide their customers with
leading-edge forestry industry expertise.
