ÅF Pöyry increase the framework amount and publishes updated base prospectus for its existing MTN programme

ÅF Pöyry established a MTN programme with a framework amount of SEK 3 billion on 1 June 2018. In connection with the annual update of the MTN programme, ÅF Pöyry has decided to increase the framework amount of its MTN program from SEK 3 billion to SEK 5 billion and today publish an updated base prospectus.

The base prospectus, which is available at ÅF Pöyry’s website, www.afconsult.com and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website, www.finansinspektionen.se is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of its approval.

Handelsbanken is arranger of the MTN programme and also acting as dealer together with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.

ÅF Pöyry has mandated Handelsbanken and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken to arrange meetings with bond investors in Helsinki and Stockholm on 12 and 13 June respectively. Subject to market conditions, a senior unsecured capital markets transaction may follow.
