ÅF has recruited Nyamko Sabuni to strengthen the company's offering and brand
image in the fields of sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Nyamko Sabuni, who will take up her new position on 1 October, will also be a
member of ÅF's Group Management team.

"At ÅF we have set our sights on being Europe's leading technical consulting
company, with ethics and environmental awareness factored into every decision we
make. Today sustainability is a competitive imperative," says ÅF's CEO, Jonas
Wiström.

ÅF currently has more than 7,000 consultants working from 100 offices in Europe,
Asia, South America and Africa. In 2012 ÅF was involved in projects in more than
80 countries.

"Nyamko Sabuni is the right person to lead the work of creating an even more
transparent and even more innovative ÅF. She has a long-held passionate interest
in these issues, extensive experience of the political decision-making processes
that lay down the guidelines, and an impressive network of contacts both in
Sweden and abroad," Wiström explains.

"I am truly proud to have been given the opportunity to tackle the challenges of
working as ÅF's Director of Sustainability. ÅF is at the cutting edge of
developments in sustainability and CSR. I am looking forward to developing and
expanding our client offer in these areas, and also to working systematically to
make ÅF even more attractive as an employer - a workplace where equality and
diversity are celebrated and promoted," says Nyamko Sabuni.

In her new position she will be the driving force behind work to create more
climate-related consulting assignments for ÅF in Sweden and internationally. ÅF
has several hundred consultants specialising in climate services. Another
equally important aspect of her work will be to continue to support and
stimulate ÅF's own internal commitment to continually improve the company's
sustainability performance.

Nyamko Sabuni has previously served as a minister in the Swedish government with
responsibility for equality, integration and consumer issues. She has also been
a member of the Swedish parliament and held a position in the Parliamentary
Committee for Industry and Trade. Prior to embarking on a political career, she
was a member of the Folksam insurance company's Social Council and worked as a
consultant at the communication specialists Geelmuyden.Kiese.

Nyamko Sabuni will be based in ÅF's Stockholm headquarters. This is one of the
most energy-efficient office blocks in Sweden and was the first building in the
Nordic countries to receive "Green Building" certification.
