ÅF takes over unit from Xdin

ÅF has, through the Group's Engineering division, taken over a unit
from the technical consulting company Xdin. The unit, known as Xdin
Order to Delivery (O2D), is based in Gothenburg and has 7 members of
staff.

Xdin O2D helps its clients to make the right decision when investing
in or rationalising their production and logistics systems. The
unit's portfolio of services includes concept studies and the
analysis and verification of capacity and delivery potential. Xdin
O2D also supplies market-leading analysis and simulation software,
and works with some of the leading names in the automotive,
engineering, wood processing, foodstuffs and automation industries."This acquisition broadens the scope and reinforces the strength of
our offer. Xdin O2D is often involved in industrial projects at a
very early stage, and this will be highly advantageous to us in the
