ÅF wins long-term contract with OKG

ÅF-TÜV Nord AB, in which ÅF-Kontroll owns a 50% share, has been
appointed by OKG to serve as notified body to inspect the mechanical
equipment at OKG's three nuclear reactor units in Oskarshamn on the
Swedish south-east coast.

The assignment will run over a period of several years and is
expected to comprise approximately 11,000 working hours per year.

As a result of this undertaking, ÅF-TÜV Nord AB will establish a
local office under the same roof as ÅF's existing operations in
Oskarshamn. Measures have already been taken to recruit more
personnel with the requisite skills.

For several years now ÅF-TÜV Nord has also been performing the
corresponding services for the nuclear power plant at Ringhals on
Sweden's west coast.

ÅF-TÜV Nord AB, jointly owned by the German TÜV NORD Group and
ÅF-Kontroll AB, carries out third-party inspections of nuclear power
facilities.
