AFRY secures new framework agreement with the Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency
Advansia, part of AFRY, has entered a framework agreement for project management with The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency (Sykehusbygg HF). The agreement consists of four subcontracts and has a national scope, covering all four regional health authorities in Norway.

The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency is the national center of expertise for planning, construction and restoration of hospitals in the country. The healthcare sector in Norway is undergoing significant development to address future needs for hospital operations, healthcare personnel, and the growing population. To meet these needs the project plan outlines several major initiatives across the regions.
“This framework agreement strengthens our established position within the healthcare sector in Norway,” says Anne-Britt Gundersen, section manager hospitals in Advansia, part of AFRY. “Currently, we are involved in all the major hospital projects in the Southeast of Norway. We are excited to extend those capabilities at a national level, bringing our broad expertise and experience to the table.”
The framework agreement includes services such as project and process management, project support, advisory services for functional equipment and independent verification.
AFRY has a clear objective for the collaboration with The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency: “Our goal is to contribute to strengthen the healthcare sector with solutions that are as effective today as they are in the future, concludes Gundersen”
Advansia is one of several suppliers awarded a framework agreement with The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency. The framework agreements have a total value of 150 MSEK with a duration of up to four years. The order value for AFRY has not been specified.
