Change in Group Management

Jenny Lilja Lagercrantz has been appointed new Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources at AFRY. She is currently Senior Vice President Human Resources at Bonava.

“Jenny’s extensive experience of change management and leadership development makes her well equipped to accelerate AFRY’s progress in this field, and I’m delighted to welcome her on board, says Jonas Gustavsson,” CEO and President of AFRY.

Jenny Lilja Lagercrantz has twenty years of experience from international companies such as Nasdaq OMX, Skandia, NCC and Bonava, and a career spanning broad HR Manager positions as well as expert roles within competence and leadership management, for instance. She holds a B. Sc. in Human Resource development and labour relations from the University of Stockholm.
