The issue in kind completed by ÅF AB as result of the acquisition of Epsilon
Holding AB (publ) has increased the number of shares and votes in the company as
follows:

Prior to the issue, the number of shares amounted to 34,059,002 and the number
of votes amounted to 48,538,886. The numbers of shares and votes have increased
by 5,985,915 as a result of the issue. After the issue, the number of shares
amounts to 40,044,917 and the number of votes amounts to 54,524,801.
