Stefan, who is 53 years old and an Economics graduate, will take up his position at ÅF on 8 November 2011. Stefan Johansson has a long and distinguished career as CFO for a number of other listed companies that have extensive international operations. He joins ÅF from the post of CFO of Haldex (2005-2011). Previously Stefan has also served as CFO with Duni, Segerström & Svensson and other companies. In addition, he has held various positions in the ABB Group, where he spent a total of 15 years. "I am delighted to be able to welcome Stefan Johansson to ÅF. He has many years' experience of industry and an impressive track record from industrial projects on markets both in Europe and in Asia, where ÅF is now expanding rapidly. These and Stefan's other merits will further strengthen the senior management team at ÅF," says ÅF President, Jonas Wiström. Jonas Ågrup, CFO since 2007, will leave ÅF in conjunction with Stefan Johansson's arrival to take up the position as CFO for Munters.
