Strengthened presence in Brazil
Following the acquisition of Reta Engenharia in July 2025, AFRY has further reinforced its capabilities in the country. As of 2 March 2026, Reta Engenharia is fully integrated into AFRY and operates under the AFRY brand, significantly strengthening the company’s position in the Mining & Metals sector and across key industrial markets in Brazil and the Americas.
This integration combines AFRY’s global expertise with Reta’s strong local knowledge, expanding the scale, competence and delivery capacity of the Brazilian organization.
