AFRY has had an operational presence in India since 1985 under the various predecessor companies such as Electrowatt, Colenco, Pöyry and AF Consult. Since then, our company has become one of the leading power sector consulting companies in India with clients in public and private sectors such as NHPC, NTPC, NEEPCO, HPPCL, SJVNL, THDC, Reliance, Greenco and many other Indian IPP developers, as well as several international banks financing dam and power plant projects.
