AFRY in Poland

AFRY first became active in Poland in 1993 as INTERPAP, a Polish-Swedish venture. In 1999 INTERPAP became a member of the Finnish group Pöyry, which in turn merged with ÅF to become AFRY in 2019.

Today, AFRY Poland is international engineering, design and advisory company, driving digitalisation and sustainability for the Pulp & Paper, Biorefining, Chemicals, Mining & Metals and other process industry sectors. Our services and offerings cover the whole lifecycle and value chain of our clients’ businesses. We serve our clients from early strategic development phases to CAPEX implementation projects and OPEX operational phase support via our local office network.

AFRY Poland continues to mobilise a team of outstanding global experts, combining deep industry knowledge with rich local experience and the collaborative spirit of the Polish team. Our unique combination of process technology specialist skills and multidisciplinary engineering expertise enables us to add real value for our clients in all kinds of studies, including the implementation of projects as well as the daily operations of industrial plants.
