AFRY´s Management Maturity Model increases efficiency and compliance

AFRY has helped a global truck manufacturer to clarify how to meet current and future technical regulations.

AFRY´s tool for maturity assessment, the Management Maturity Model* was used to state the manufacturers current capability to maintain compliance.

Based on findings and positive impressions from interviews and a GAP analysis AFRY gave guidance and recommendations for how the customer could work proactively with future requirements and increase the capability throughout the organization.

*The Management Maturity Model is based on the international standard ISO19600:2014 Compliance management systems.
