Compliance Management for a Secured Supply Chain

A global company with subcontracted production needed help to ensure their supply chain. Some of the products is in contact with food and must be manufactured according to GMP.

AFRY helped the company with business development and expert consultation in applicable regulations and requirements. By an proactively working approach AFRY helped the customer to follow the ever changing international laws relating to human safety when using the product, and chemical compliance to reduce the negative effects on human health and the environment.

In order for the organization to comply with and keep track of changes to a number of regulations (i.e. RoHS, REACH, Food contact directive, Conflict minerals) requirement specifications of the system has been conducted. Adaption of the customer's IT tools for regulatory support of a new product and implementation of this on a global basis has been included in the assignment as well.

The result: ensured process for a secured supply chain.
