Introducing the new legislation framework for EPIS: New EU Machinery Regulation

The Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 has entered into force on 19 July 2023, but it must be applied by machinery manufacturers from 20 January 2027.

AFRY Process Industries Division’s machinery safety experts introduced the new EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 and its impact on the operations of the pulp industry.

The webinar was organised for members of the European Pulp Industry Sector AISBL networking. The webinar was hosted by AFRY's machinery safety experts, Laura Lehtonen and Mikael Peltonen, aiming to familiarise participants with the requirements of the new EU Machinery Regulation.

Hello Laura, thanks for the presentation. It made me think about creating a cybersecurity risk analysis and taking action in personal matters as well, such as banking.
