AFRY helped transform a block of buildings in the historic city centre of Kristianstad, comprising the town hall.

The project encompassed 22 500 sqm of office space, of which some 17 500 sqm is a new build. Three existing buildings have been preserved and fully renovated, as well as 150 m lavishly decorated 19th century facades. AFRY were in charge of HVAC installation design through every stage of the build. We also carried out energy calculations and other calculations related to the environmental certification of the building.
