Residential facilites - Kv. Muddus
Strong and steady
On the Muddus block, Stockholm’s cooperative housing association has created a residential building with 100 flats, ground floor shops and restaurants and an underground car park. The building is designed by Wingårdhs Arkitekter and built as a turnkey contract.
AFRY’s skilled structural engineers have developed updated system documents and construction documentation. This includes dimensioning and design of pile foundation and basement flooring, modeling of the house as a whole as a basis for a prefabrication supplier, establishment of building details and coordination of the building frame against installations. The design has been carried out fully in 3D in the Tekla Structures program.
