Kv. Hornslandet
Norra Djurgårdsstaden is an urban development area in Stockholm with a “green” profile. 12,000 new homes and 35,000 workplaces will be combined with a modern port and a tram line.
Skanska and Stockholmshem are jointly developing the Hornslandet neighborhood. The first phase comprises five residential buildings with a total of 154 apartments, subterranean car par plus retail spaces. Skanska, in turn, has contracted AFRY for the design of HVAC, electrical and control and monitoring installations.
Climate-smart thinking is very much in focus and the intention is to seek environmental certification according to Miljöbyggnad level Gold.
