Energy Coordinator

Energy coordinator safeguards the climate

An energy coordinator works, in terms of energy consumption and indoor climate, as a link between the different phases and stakeholders through the entire construction process.

The role of energy coordinator includes helping the client to establish a specification of requirements for the indoor climate and energy consumption. The role is then to safeguard that these requirements are met throughout the entire construction process. The energy coordinator is responsible for preparing the necessary indoor climate analyses and energy calculations, and to monitor functionality and consumption after the building is complete.

By engaging an energy coordinator you gain an overall perspective of energy needs early on as well as a coordinator in the project that will help you resolve both the overall issues as well as the details.
