We offer customers newly graduated consultants with the right drive and competence in roles such as junior project managers, project coordinators, logistics developers, production technicians and production processors.
After completing assignments, you as a customer can hire the person. The new graduate candidate gets a challenging springboard towards future opportunities with employment with a customer or at AFRY. It is simply a winning concept for everyone involved.
To ensure as efficient a process as possible, we at Project Control & Management have a specific Future section where all Future consultants start their careers. This means for the consultant a uniform onboarding, a clearly designated contact person from AFRY's side and continuous support during the implementation of the assignment.
