Towards a safer future

By navigating a world of increasingly complex laws, directives, and regulations concerning Environmental- and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) our teams are asked to increase workplace productivity and financial sustainability. We approach future sustainable safety by a holistic point of view.

Our work ranges from the technical – which includes safety devices, fences, interlocking devices, Safety PLCs – to environmental and organizational changes.

Our certified specialists lead the certification process as well as larger safety initiatives, including regulatory work and training, for companies large or small.

We are independent safety experts, helping clients eliminate environmental, health, and safety risks (EHS risks also known as ESH, OHS, OSH) while making future sustainable safety.

Creating sustainable safety cultures

A good safety culture is about taking a proactive approach. It’s about promoting a user-centric view, where hazards – such as injuries, noise, environmental releases, and airborne particulates – are actively aborted, rather than retroactively fixed. This yields many benefits, such as

  • increased employee safety and loyalty
  • increased operational productivity

Also, a rich safety culture eliminates any risks of financial downturns. If incidents are avoided entirely, the client can avoid losing money on fines and compensation.

Lean and a culture of continuous improvement

Using Lean methods, we efficiently map our clients safety needs. For example, by including the 5S Office Work Flow, we standardize and structure all safety measures. This also creates habits and methods that, as part of a proactive safety culture, contributes to continuous improvements. In the end, the well-being of employees will improve and productivity will increase.
