AFRY Future Stars Programme

AFRY Future Stars programme

Future Stars is AFRY's programme for students. As a Future Star, we will provide you with experiences, knowledge, and a network that prepare you for your future career.

We want to offer you the best possible start to your career at AFRY. Each Future Star gets its own AFRY mentor within their field, additionally supported by a wide group of top experts. You will participate in training days, which help you plan your career path and develop your skills. The exact tasks and content of the programme will be defined for each Star based on their individual situation, skills, and interests. The programme may also include either part-time work or master thesis assignment, depending on which country you are participating in the programme in. The career opportunities after participating in the Future Stars programme are many.

The one-year AFRY Future Stars programme starts every spring and is designed to combine with your final year of studies at a University, or a University of Applied Sciences. We have positions mainly for students of engineering and natural sciences. The next application period opens in November 2020. The programme is currently available for students in Sweden and Finland. For more information about the programme and application in your country, please visit the local page below.
