Waste to Energy: towards a sustainable future

When

18-March-2021

Waste-to-energy (WtE) technology can play a significant role in the circular economy and the clean energy transition. It offers an efficient means of managing waste, whilst providing a source of alternative and renewable energy. Waste policy has driven the evolution of WtE in Europe and we expect this to continue to provide opportunities for infrastructure investors.

In this webinar, Ali Lloyd (AFRY Management Consulting), Peter Kling and Helen Moon (AFRY Energy Division) consider the role of WtE in the clean energy transition and describe the main technologies and technical issues investors should be aware of, based on AFRY’s long history of engineering WtE plants.
