NQC Lugano

Prosjektet omfavner transformasjon og utvikling av en industriell tomt i byen Lugano, Sveits.

Tomten danner et sentralt knutepunkt i en større utviklingsmasterplan i Lugano sin nordøstlige del og vil inneholde ny kollektiv terminal for buss og bybane, samt andre fasiliteter som hotell, næring og boliger.

Prosjektet vil danne et viktig knutepunkt for kollektivt og bli byens hovedinngangsportal.

Tomten har et begrenset fotavtrykk og hovedgrepet legger derfor til grunn dannelse av tre vertikalt integrerte hovednivåer:

  • Hovedplan/gaterom med stasjon for bybane og buss
  • Hevet landskapsdekke for offentlig rom og tilgang til tjenester og kommersielle funksjoner
  • Hovedbebyggelse bestående av hotell, kontor og leilighetstårn.
