Building business strategy on sustainable supply chains – Geneva, Switzerland
When
In this joint interactive session with AFRY’s supply chain sustainability experts and Carbon Offset Certification, we aim to give you our insight into the challenge and opportunity of reorienting business strategy on sustainable supply chains.
While we will cover the reporting requirements of CSRD and the other global regulations, in this session, we will address the issues which result in so much sustainability effort becoming a parallel activity to the “real” business. Sustainability has been placed at the centre of business decision-making, not only by regulation and reporting but by the realities of supply chain management, reputational risk and stakeholders’ expectations. Choosing to view it as an onerous regulatory reporting exercise will see businesses put themselves at risk of non-compliance, as well as firmly behind those competitors that can see and act to seize the opportunity. This will deliberately be a cross-industry session.
- What do the new sustainability reporting requirements mean practically for your business?
- How does the picture look globally?
- What do businesses need to do in order to turn sustainability reporting into a business opportunity?
- How to communicate the challenge and opportunity of sustainability reporting?
Our experts Helena Mueller, AFRY’s head of sustainability consulting, and Riccardo Traverso, head of sustainability for Switzerland and Italy, will be joined by Paul Sébastien from Carbon Offset Certification to address this transformational topic in an informal and interactive manner. The content will be in English.
Please note we have two events with identical content, one in Geneva and one in Zug. If you would like to attend the event in Zug instead, you can register for it here.
We look forward to seeing you there.
