AFRY acquires security consulting and advisory company One World in Norway

One World develops and delivers comprehensive services in risk analysis, security management, digital contingency planning and crisis management to institutions. The company mainly offers consulting services for the development and implementation of comprehensive security and emergency management systems.

- Security consulting services are one of our priority areas for assisting our clients with counselling to safeguard values against unwanted actions and events. With the acquisition of One World, we can offer existing and potential customers a complete package of security advice. There are great opportunities for realizing synergies with AFRY's activities within client consultancy and project management in real estate and construction, says Christopher Klepsland, Country Manager Norway, AFRY.

One World will be part of Advansia, which is a Norwegian subsidiary of AFRY and a leader in project and construction management. Advansia is involved in the entire breadth of land-based construction and infrastructure projects, from local construction projects to purpose-built buildings such as the Police National Emergency Preparedness Center, a new metropolitan emergency clinic in Oslo and a new government quarter.

The company has annual sales of about SEK 15 million and has 8 employees in Norway. One World will be consolidated into AFRY as from 1 January 2020.
