AFRY on Allbright’s green list – a recognition for gender equality in the management team.

Allbright is a non-profit foundation that promotes equality and diversity on the executive business level in Sweden. For the second year in a row, AFRY is ranked as one of the companies that succeeds best in ensuring gender balance in the management team (40/60).

Jonas Gustavsson, CEO

“Equality, diversity and inclusion are part of our business strategy. These are areas we constantly strive to promote and improve, in all parts of the company. We know that diversity is important, but inclusion is as important in ensuring that all employees have the same opportunities to develop and grow."

Jonas Gustavsson, CEO and President, AFRY.

Every year, Allbright ranks listed companies in Sweden from best to worst in promoting women to the management team. AFRY is placed on the green list, which includes companies with management teams with a relatively even gender distribution in the management group (40/60).

“Equality is a precondition for providing an inclusive workplace, but also for us to be an attractive employer. We want to gather the best competence and have a wide range of experiences and perspectives. It is then up to us to make sure all employees are given the best possible conditions to develop within AFRY” says Jonas Gustavsson.
