AFRY signs a sought-after framework agreement with the City of Gothenburg

AFRY has signed a framework agreement with the City of Gothenburg to secure the municipal authorities' needs for IT services! The agreement lasts for over four years and will start on the first of December this year. It is AFRY's digital business area AFRY X together with the wholly owned design agency inUse that together procured three sub-areas that cover the city's needs for digital design, development and architecture.

We at AFRY X and inUse are very happy that the City has trusted us to become one of their partners in the mentioned areas. We believe that with our joint competences, where inUse stands for one of Sweden's strongest brands in digital design and service design together with AFRY X's in-depth and broad knowledge in digitization, we are a long-term partner in the City's digital journey forward, says Andreas Wikberger, Business Segment Manager at AFRY X and Johanna Burström, Business Manager at inUse.

The framework agreement includes upwards of 30 different roles within system development, web development and architecture. This means that we become a current partner to the city in everything from operational and usability architecture to solution architecture, accessibility specialist review to java specialist, graphic design to web developers. That is, everything that is required to successfully digitize municipal services to its citizens.
