Clients, Suppliers and Partners,

We care for and take responsibility for the wellbeing of our employees, as well as our clients, suppliers, partners and society as a whole. As we closely monitor the development of the Coronavirus, we have decided to implement clear precautionary measures and restrictions on our travel.

As a consequence AFRY has decided to take immediate actions and we ask you to support us in the following:

  • Domestic and international travelling will be avoided unless it is business critical and urgent. Please reach out to your contact at AFRY to make appropriate alternate arrangements.
  • Persons who have been to an affected country or in direct exposure to a potential source of Coronavirus infection are advised to a 14-day quarantine and be symptom free prior to visit any offices.
  • Virtual meetings on Skype, Teams or by phone will be preferred and arranged in accordance with the meeting.
  • Persons should seek medical attention if any symptoms develop and follow the local authorities’ guidelines.
  • AFRY is requesting all its clients, suppliers and partners to take appropriate actions in order to ensure business continuity at all times.

We are continuously monitoring the coronavirus, COVID-19 development from the World Health Organization (WHO) as well from local government health organizations and in close cooperation with our global assistance company to manage the risks.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
