ÅF - ÅF finalises takeover of Hansen & Henneberg AS

On 27 April 2007 ÅF announced its acquisition of a further 31 percent
of the shares in the Danish technical consulting company Hansen &
Henneberg AS. (See separate press release on www.afconsult.com).

In conjunction with this, the Board of Directors of ÅF has, with the
support of the power invested in it by the 2006 Annual General
Meeting of the company's shareholders, reached a decision to make a
new directed share issue of 90,951 class B shares to the owners of
Hansen & Henneberg. This will lead to a dilution corresponding to
approximately 0.6 percent of the company's share capital and
approximately 0.4 percent of the votes.

As a result of the recent acquisition, ÅF now owns 80 percent of the
shares in Hansen & Henneberg.
