ÅF issues Commercial Paper

ÅF AB (publ) has established a Commercial Paper Program with a total value of SEK 1,000 million. The commercial paper program is a complement to ÅF’s core funding. Arranger of the program is Handelsbanken and dealers are Handelsbanken and SEB.
In connection with the establishment of the Commercial Paper Program, ÅF has entered into a new Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility of SEK 1,000 million to ensure underlying available credit facilities for the Commercial Paper Program. The facility has a tenure of 2 years with extension options. The facility was provided with equal shares by Handelsbanken and SEB.
