On 1 October 2010 the ÅF Infrastructure Division will be split into two separate
divisions. The purpose behind this is to clearly identify two areas of long-term
commercial opportunity and to increase the focus on profitability and growth in
the years ahead.

The new divisions will be known as Infrastructure and Technology respectively.

Infrastructure, with approximately 1,000 co-workers, will form the nucleus of
ÅF's expertise in the field of modern, environmentally adapted infrastructure
planning activities. The division's consultants work primarily with
installations in properties, project engineering for investments in road and
rail networks, infrastructure planning and sound and vibrations. Major clients
include national authorities and civil service departments, construction
companies and property management companies. Mats Påhlsson, previously manager
for the Infrastructure Planning business area, has been appointed as the new
president of the Infrastructure Division. Mats came to ÅF just over a year ago,
bringing with him many years' experience of the consulting and construction
industries. Mats Påhlsson will also become a member of ÅF's senior management
team with effect from 1 October 2010.

Technology, which will have almost 700 co-workers, will form the nucleus of ÅF's
expertise in the fields of telecommunications, advanced product development,
defence technology and IT. The division's consultants work primarily with
software, electronics, mechanical engineering, project management and systems
integration. Major clients are found in the telecom and defence industries.
President of the Technology Division will be Johan Olsson, former president of
the Infrastructure Division.

Parallel with these changes, ÅF's Engineering Division will change its name to
the Industry Division.

With effect from 1 October 2010 ÅF will therefore consist of four divisions,
namely: Energy, Infrastructure, Industry and Technology.
