ÅF recruits Björn Östlund to support sustained high growth in Infrastructure

ÅF has recruited Björn Östlund, Manager for the Traffic Business Area at the
Swedish Transport Administration, to lead the work of the Infrastructure
Planning business area in ÅF's Infrastructure Division. This marks yet another
step in ÅF's strategic plan for expansion within infrastructure consulting
services. Björn will lead and expand the work of an Infrastructure Planning team
of more than 450 consultants. (In all, the Infrastructure Division has more than
1,300 highly qualified technical consultants.)

Björn Östlund joins ÅF from the Traffic business area at Sweden's newly formed
Transport Administration, where he has been responsible for shaping a new
organisation to manage, operate and maintain the nation's public road and rail
networks. He has also been a member of the Transport Administration's senior
management team. With more than 20 years' experience from what was formerly the
Swedish Rail Administration, including positions as Director for the agency's
Project Engineering section and acting Director General 2008-2010, Björn has
developed a successful leadership style and an extensive network of contacts.

ÅF on 15 August 2011.
