Since 2024 AFRY has had its regional headquarters in the heart of the cantonal capital of Bellinzona, at the foot of the Castles of Castelgrande, Sasso Corbaro and Montebello. In the Centro Castello, we bring together the experts previously active in the offices in Castione, Grono and Rivera.

Formerly known in Ticino and Moesano as the engineering office Edy Toscano SA first and as AF Toscano SA later, we now operate, following the merger of the Scandinavian parent companies ÅF and Pöyry, as AFRY.

We offer innovative services in civil engineering and mobility. Locally and regionally rooted, connected with other locations nationally and internationally, we provide design, construction management, planning, consulting and customer support (BHU) services in the fields of road transport infrastructure and railway infrastructure, construction, structural engineering, as well as tunnel construction, geology and geotechnics, environment and technical expertise.

We contribute our expertise in the areas of operating and safety equipment and communication and management technology for small and large projects.

Our service portfolio is completed by our cooperation with IFEC Ingegneria SA, a leading consulting and design company in the fields of energy, building physics, acoustics and vibration, HVAC-E and environmental systems design.
