Mr. Helmut Obermoser has more than 40 years of experience comprising R&D of hydraulic turbines; design, specification and tendering of machines for HPPs; workshop inspections, erection supervision and commissioning of machines, hydraulic steel structures, valves and auxiliary equipment; evaluation and due diligence of HPPs; feasibility studies and project management for new hydropower projects and refurbishment projects.

Dr. Miroslav Marence is a principal expert in tunnelling and rock mechanics with over 30 years of experience in all phases of hydro engineering from feasibility, tender & design to refurbishment and due diligence. He is an Associate Professor whose research and training lie in dam & reservoir development and design of hydropower schemes & structures.

Katharina Bohne brings over 7 years of expertise in water resource and environmental management across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Her work focuses on environmental and social assessments for hydropower projects, including carbon footprint analysis, as well as integrated resource and catchment management.

Dr. Fritz Neumayer has over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering, project management and in heading research groups for the development and testing of hydroelectric units, hydraulic turbines and pumps. He is an accredited author of publications and inventor named in several international patents in the field of hydro power plants.

Mr. Cyrill Trottmann has 10 years of experience in environmental engineering and specializes in E&S assessments for hydropower projects, including carbon footprint analysis, water quality, and biodiversity.

Dr. Maksim Melekhin has over 11 years of international experience in biodiversity research and conservation, working with universities and institutions across Russia, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He applies his expertise in fisheries, molecular biology, and international conservation policies to help clients align projects with global biodiversity standards.

Mr. Stephan Martin is a Hydraulics & Civil Engineer with 19 years of project experience in the planning, studies, design and the technical leadership of large-scale dams, hydropower and pumped storage projects as well as extensive experience as Owner's Engineer for technical, project and contract management.

Mr. Klaus Walcher is a senior expert and project manager with more than 30 years of experience in the hydropower business and has proven knowledge of handling hydro and energy projects within the diverse geographic market environments of clients and contracts.

Mr. Régis Maurice Simon is a multi-disciplinary business and operation executive with over 15 years of experience in turnkey development and execution of hydropower projects and overall 35 years in the engineering and power industry. He leads sales and contract execution of major hydropower projects for power utilities and independent power producers.

Mr. Michael Wippel is an International Business Development and Sales Manager with 15 years of B2B sales experience, business development and building up markets in hydropower, green hydrogen, renewable energies, complex project & tender business and environmental engineering.
