AFRY helped transform a block of buildings in the historic city centre of Kristianstad, comprising the town hall.

Icon Växjö is a 35,000-square-meter profile building in Arenastaden in Växjö and one of the city’s largest construction projects ever. Here, AFRY has provided detailed design for ventilation, heating and sanitation systems, and has also delivered energy balance calculations and energy simulations.

Tele2 Arena is one of the world’s most modern multi-arenas. It was named ”Arena of the Year” 2014 in The Stadium Business Awards, in competition with world arenas such as Madison Square Gardens in New York and Wembley in London.

Prioritet Serneke Arena is the largest multi-sport arena in the Nordic countries. It is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. The complex houses an indoor long distance skiing facility with a one-kilometre track, a full size football pitch with artificial turf, sports halls, gym, hotel, restaurants and several schools and colleges with a sports profile. All under one roof.

Ericsson Globe is the world’s largest spherical building, inaugurated in 1989, and a symbol of Stockholm and Sweden. The building is known for its great flexibility, and its red interior.

Friends Arena is Sweden’s national arena and one of the world’s most modern multipurpose arenas. With a clear view from all seats, the proximity to the arena floor and the latest communication technology, audiences experience great moments. The arena can host events on all surfaces, from natural grass and gravel to ice and parquet flooring, with quick changes between them. The roof, which can be opened and closed, enables the arena to host concerts, sporting events and shows all year round, regardless of the weather.
